ABOUT ME

Hello, my full name is Allison Ulness, however, I prefer to go by Allie. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in May 2022 with a Bachelors degree in Social Work and Minor in Business Administration. Every since I was a little kid I knew I wanted to have a career helping people. Currently I am working as a case manager located at the Crisis Center in Greeley, CO.

I found my calling to social work when I had my first course in the program. My perspectives have changed greatly, I have learned so much through my education, work experience and my life own lived life experiences.

My Mission

Personally, and professionally, as a social worker it is my mission to help underserved populations, who are in need of assistance and support. My main passion going into this field is serving people experiencing homelessness. Many individuals experiencing homelessness slip through the cracks of mental health and never get the support nor receive proper treatment. It is my mission to create change and to empower those experiencing homelessness, to be another ally in the fight to end homelessness.
